AQUA
Aqua is a water based workout utilising the pools bouyancy to cater for all - especially those who have joint ailments, injuries or expecting mothers. This class allows you to work at your own rate, keeping your body active and warm.
Boxing incorporates cardiovascular fitness, power and conditioning to provide you with a full body workout using boxing techniques.
CYCLE
Cycle is a high intensity spin workout on a stationary bike. Expect to use different resistance and speed in this class to promote strength, power and speed in your legs.
PILATES
Pilates focuses on strengthening and lengthening to promote lean muscle. Pilates is a great class to attend to increase postural control through core and balance based exercises.
SENIORS CIRCUIT
A fully supervised circuit for over 60's combining cardiovascular, resistance, balance, and flexibility training. Take it at your own pace and feel safe knowing your qualified instructor is there to help you along the way.
BARRE
Barre is a vigorous workout that combines ballet inspired moves with elements from different exercise styles including yoga, pilates, dance, and strength training. Try one of a fantastic Barre classes today!

HOT YOGA
Hot Yoga is a vigorous form of Yoga performed in a studio with temperatures of above 29 degrees. Hot Yoga is a great class that promotes sweating, improve flexibility and relieve stress.
REFORMER PILATES
Using the reformer pilates beds, Reformer Pilates is a dynamic Pilates workout with added resistance to focus on strengthening and imprving core stability, promoting long lean muscles.
YOGA
Yoga aims to improve your flexibility, circulation, strength, and balance by focusing on breathing whilst holding specific poses. We have a variety of yoga classes available including Hatha, Vinyasa, Powerflow and Yin.
Zumba, the cardio based workout, uses music and Latin inspired dance to sculpt and tone the body. This is a great class to try if you are starting your fitness journey!
Take advantage of this fast paced barebell workout, focusing on high reps and the whole body to promtote body tone and fat burn. Please arrive 10 min early to set up equipment.

Seniors provides the oportunity for patrons over 60 to improve their quality of life and fitness with the ongoing guidance and support of a trainer. Each class, Seniors participants will use their personalised program to increase balance, strength and fitness.
Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. Meditation encourages and develops concentration, clarity and emotional positivity. The class combines both yoga and meditation techniques and will help you relax and recharge.
